If you’ve received your order and are still not satisfied, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to the following conditions:  

• All items must be returned within 14 days.
• Items must be in "as new" condition and the vehicle unused.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging.
• All accessories, keys, and chargers must be in "as new" condition.
• Customised items tailored to your specifications cannot be returned or refunded if you change your mind.
• For registered road vehicles, a 20% fee will be deducted from the refund as the vehicle cannot be sold as new.

The customer is responsible for any courier, postage, or collection fees involved in returning the moped and/or accessories. If you cannot organize a courier, we can arrange a collection, and the collection costs will be deducted from the refund total.

The product will be thoroughly checked upon its return. If the moped has been ridden, used on a road, shows signs of wear, mileage, or has any physical damage, we will not provide a refund or exchange.
